  2. Get to know your Candidate(s)

    a. Consult them for their expertise

    b. Be curious…by starting conversations

    c. Share your parental vulnerabilitiesd. Take notice of each Candidate’s special qualities

    e. Making the big decision & have a back-up plan – prioritizing your Candidate list

    f. The Ask…finalizes the relationship with the NICU Bedside Nurse, who’s agreed to be your family’s Primary Nurse.
